What is a balanced diet?

We have been learning about what foods we should eat to have a balanced diet. We need protein, carbohydrates, good fats. You can get these from many different foods! You can also have treats but not all the time. Here are some plates we made up of a balanced dinner meal. 

What is your favourite dinner meal?

Most of us love pizza! We can't have it every day but it is great as a treat dinner occasionally.
